  • No, anyone can submit content to our program - as long as you're a real person!

  • By submitting your video, you’re granting Whatnot one year of usage rights to feature and boost your video as a paid ad on it's original platform, as well as use it across our marketing channels (including social and email).

  • creatorprogram@whatnot.com will notify you via the email associated with your submission for all communications. Timing may vary depending on submission volume, but every video is reviewed by our team.

  • The limit does not exist. Upload your best and most captivating content, but keep in mind that multiple submissions of the same asset will not increase the likelihood that it will be approved.

  • All payments distributed by Whatnot are exclusive of taxes, duties, levies, tariffs and other governmental charges. Approved creators will be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, interest and penalties due.

    Videos should always reflect your genuine experience and feelings about Whatnot and not be misleading.

  • Authentic, engaging, and well-lit videos that are fun, true to your personality, and exciting!

  • Yes, you absolutely can! Multiple videos by the same creator may be selected, but a single video cannot be selected more than once.

  • If your submission is selected, you will receive a congratulatory message from creatorprogram@whatnot.com to the email address linked to your account.

  • No, videos can only be approved once under one format.

  • If your seller content submission is approved, you'll unlock the opportunity to have your content promoted by Whatnot on the originating platform of your video (TikTok or Instagram), with an average $250 worth of paid ad spend.

  • If your video is approved, once you’ve shared the ad code and raw video file we’ll confirm next steps and rewards details by email.
